# ScoringFactory

> ScoringFactory turns a team's judgment into a consistent, evidence-backed scoring system for venture capital, private equity, and talent decisions.

ScoringFactory learns how a team says yes and no, applies that bar across a market or candidate pool, and connects every score to the supporting record. The product informs human judgment; it does not make investment or employment decisions on its own.

ScoringFactory was founded by Matt McLeod, who leads product and AI, and Henri Pierre-Jacques, a Managing Partner at Harlem Capital who leads investing and go-to-market.
